What is a BMS?

A Building Management System is a centralised platform that connects and controls all technical systems within a building — lighting, climate, ventilation, access control, energy monitoring and security. Instead of managing each system separately, everything is visible and controllable from one interface — anytime, from anywhere.

Centralised Control

All building systems connected and managed from a single platform — configured, monitored and operated from one place.

Complex Logic

Systems react to each other. Multi-step logic with conditions and dependencies between any systems in the building.

Data & History

The system continuously logs data from all connected devices. Historical records allow analysis of performance over months or years.

Alerts & Notifications

Instant notifications on critical events — alarms, failures or anomalies — delivered directly to operators or technical staff.

User Access Control

Individual permissions for each operator or user. Full control over who can see and change what.

System Visualisation

Custom dashboards and visualisations showing the live state of every system — designed for operators and building managers.

Custom solutions
for each project

Every building and infrastructure is different. We deliver custom management systems tailored to the specific needs of each project.

01 Multi-protocol Integration
02 Multi-Vendor Device Integration
03 New & Existing Installations
04 Complex Automation Logic
05 Interface Designed Per Project
06 Changes & Extensions On Demand
07 Scalable System

Scalable system

Each zone, house or building keeps its own system. One main BMS joins them and shows the whole site in one place.

Designed for

Our systems are built for the people who operate, manage and maintain buildings every day.

01

Facility Managers

Full overview of all building systems from one dashboard — monitor, control and respond without switching between platforms.

02

Technical Staff

Real-time alerts, fault detection and system diagnostics — everything needed to identify and resolve issues quickly.

03

Owners & Investors

Building performance data and system status — always accessible, always up to date.

Properties & facilities
we work with

Every type of building has different needs. We plan the system around yours.

01

Hotels

Centralised management of every room from a single interface.

02

Apartment Buildings

Full control and monitoring of individual apartments and shared infrastructure.

03

Commercial Facilities

Monitoring and automation for complex technical environments — industrial and commercial spaces.

04

Private Estates

Full control over a single residence or an entire estate — every building, every system, from one place.

How we work

A clear, structured process from first conversation to long-term support.

01

Consultation

Understanding the object, its scale and existing infrastructure — new build or existing installation.

02

Design

System architecture and technical concept tailored to the project requirements.

03

Engineering

Technical documentation, hardware specification and device selection.

04

Development

Custom platform development, automation logic, dashboards, visualisations and reporting tools.

05

Commissioning

System installation, full configuration and end-to-end testing before handover.

06

Support

Long-term technical support, remote assistance and system configuration changes on demand.

It all starts with step 01.

Common questions

Can you work with an existing building?

Yes. We often add a BMS on top of installations that are already in place, such as HVAC, lighting, energy meters and alarms. If your building already runs its own system, we can usually connect it as well. We just need to know which protocol it uses. We start with an audit of what's there and how it can be connected.

Which systems can you integrate?

Most building systems from different manufacturers — HVAC, ventilation, lighting, energy metering, alarms and access control. We confirm compatibility for every device during the audit.

Which protocols do you work with?

Modbus, KNX, BACnet, other TCP/IP protocols and APIs, and many more. In practice, almost any device with an open interface can be connected. If a device has none, we find another way to connect it.

How long does a BMS project take?

It depends on the size of the building and the number of systems. After the first meeting and the audit, we give you a timeline for each stage.

Can the system be accessed remotely?

Yes. Operators can monitor and control the building remotely, with individual access rights for each user.

What happens after handover?

We stay with you: technical support, remote diagnostics, and changes or extensions to the system as your needs change.

Can the system grow with the building?

Yes. New floors, systems or buildings can be added later — the interface and logic are extended, not rebuilt.
